Robbery with Force

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. Officers responded to the hospital, where they met with the victim. The victim stated that she exited her house and was waiting for the bust at the bus stop when a suspect approached her and forcefully pulled her purse from behind her before fleeing the scene. The force of the tug caused her to fall onto the ground and hit her head.

Officers responded to a report of an attempted robbery. The victim said that he and his passenger had just pulled into the driveway when the suspect opened the rear passenger door and entered the car. The suspect then pointed something that looked like a gun wrapped in a white cloth at the victim before demanding money. After failing to obtain any money from the victim, the suspect exited the victim’s vehicle and got into a second vehicle being driven by another suspect before both suspects fled the scene.

Officers responded to a report of a possible robbery. The victims said that the suspect entered the restaurant and gestured with his fingers to represent a gun before demanding money. However, the suspect was unable to obtain any money from the restaurant and fled the scene. Responding Officers reviewed the property’s security video and identified the suspect as a local homeless person with a history of sustenance abuse and a history of causing problems in the area. Officers located the suspect on the corner of 9th and Irving Street, in which the suspect had a stay away order at that location. The suspect was arrested but had a complaint of a medical issue. The suspect was taken to the hospital and cited.
