Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with one tail lamp out. The officers conducted a traffic stop and the suspect stated that his driver’s license was suspended and he did not have any photo identification with him. After further investigation, the driver was cited.

Two sergeants were approached by the suspect as he stumbled out of a coffee shop. The suspect had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath. The suspect demanded that one of the sergeants call him a cab. While the sergeant was calling him a cab, the other sergeant instructed the suspect to back away as the cab was being called. The suspect began to aggressively raise his voice and threaten the officers. The sergeants arrested the suspect and placed him into the sobering cell for 4 hours.
Robbery with Gun

Officers responded to a report of a bank robbery. The bank teller, who was the victim, was approached by the suspect. The victim stated that the suspect lifted up his sweater to reveal a fanny pack with an unknown item inside. The suspect demanded that the victim give him all the cash. After the victim handed over several hundred dollars, the suspect left the bank. The crime is under investigation.
