Battery

800 Ulloa St
Officers responded to a report of battery. Upon arrival, officers located the suspects on foot and detained them. The victim stated she heard something bump against her vehicle. The victim exited her vehicle and found the suspect leaning against her vehicle. The victim stated that she told the suspect to move away from her vehicle and they began arguing before the suspect punched her three times on her face. However, the suspect stated that the victim was the aggressor and no punches were thrown at the victim. Due to the lack of physical evidence, officers were unable to determine the primary aggressor.

Shoplifting

700 Taraval St
Officers responded to a report on petty theft. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect walking away from the store and detained the suspect. Store security stated the suspect filled his backpack with merchandise from the store and attempted to walk out the front door of the store. The suspect returned all the items to the store before attempting to flee from the store. The store did not wish to press charges against the suspect.

A report was made to officers on duty at Taraval Police station. The victim and his mother reported the victim was repeatedly punched with a closed fist to the back of his head. The victim stated he was unsure why the suspect decided to strike him; it may possibly be out of frustration that he was getting beat in a game of 1 on 1 basketball.

900 Taraval St
A report was made to officers on duty at Taraval Police station. The victim stated he saw the suspect and his brother arguing. When the suspect saw the victim, he swung a stool and struck the victim on his left leg. The victim was not injured. The victim does not want to press any charges.

Commotion

1900 21st Ave
Officers responded to a report of a person possibly with a gun. The victim stated the suspect had been drunk and screaming over a three-day notice for eviction. The victim stated herself and other tenants have been giving the suspect rent dues, but the suspect did not use the money to pay management. The victim stated she became fearful for her life because she knew the suspect had guns in the house and the suspect held a more threatening manner than usual. Officers advised the suspect to stay away from the other tenants.

Restraining Order Violation – Arrested

Officers responded to a report regarding a dispute. On arrival, the victim stated she and her daughter got into a verbal argument. The victim stated the suspect was being verbally abusive towards her. A computer check on the suspect revealed a restraining order on the suspect that forbids contact with victim. The suspect was booked.

Traffic Violation – Cited

Officers were on patrol when they observe a vehicle conduct multiple U-turns in intersections. Officers continued to observe the vehicle and saw the vehicle failed to make a complete stop at the intersection. Officers initiated a traffic stop on the suspect. The suspect was cited.

Officers responded to a report on an observation of a suspect in a vandalism incident. The suspect was located and detained. A computer check of the suspect revealed the suspect did have a vandalism warrant. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a traffic collision with a possible drunk driver. Witnesses stated the suspect was driving at a high speed and collided with a parked vehicle. The suspect was walking away from the scene. Officers detained the suspect and walked him back to the scene of the collision. Sobriety tests were administrated to the suspect. The suspect was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of rape. The victim stated she had too much to drink and told the suspect she needed to go home. The suspect drove the victim home and brought the victim into her home. The victim stated she went to bed and the suspect then raped her. The victim transported to a hospital for medical evaluation.
