Burglary – Arrested

Taraval St & 17th Ave
Officers responded to a report of attempted burglary. The victim stated the suspect reached his arm into his van and tried to steal work keys off the rear window rack of the van. Officers located the suspect on foot and arrested him. Officers conducted a search on the suspect’s possessions and revealed the items to be burglary tools. Officers also conducted a computer check on the suspect. The computer check revealed the suspect was on adult probation for burglary. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of battery. The victim stated the suspect attempted to talk to her while following her. The victim stated after ignoring him, she continued shopping when the suspect walked directly behind her and squeezed her buttocks with one of his hands. Officers and the victim began a search of the area for the suspect but were unable to find him.

Officers responded to a report of battery. The victim stated she and her niece got into an argument regarding her cat running away. The victim stated the suspect pushed her, causing the victim to fall and hit her head. The victim stated the suspect began punching her with a closed fist five times. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of battery. The victim stated the suspect walked up to the victim and said “I don’t want you in the store.” The victim stated he was then struck by the suspect once on the right side of the face, striking him on the lip. After conducting a search of the immediate area the officers located the suspect. The suspect was arrested.
Public Intoxication – Arrested

1200 46th Ave
Officers responded to noise compliant. Upon arrival, officers observed loud yelling coming from the inside the residence and proceeded to knock on the door. The two suspects stated nothing was going on. Officers noticed a scratch on the chin of one of the suspects. The suspects refused to corporate with the officers to what had occurred. One of the suspects ran downstairs, approached an officer, and began to yell incoherently in the officer’s face. The officer observed the suspect having watery and bloodshot eyes with alcohol emanating from her breathe. The suspect was arrested.
Vandalism – Arrested

200 Holloway Ave
Officers responded to a report of vandalism to property. The suspect was reported to have kicked in a Plexigas window of a laundry machine. Upon arrival, officers observed the suspect outside of the property. The suspect was handcuffed while officers continued the investigation. Officers ran a records check on the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect’s vehicle was confirmed as stolen. A computer check on the suspect revealed that the suspect was on felony probation. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a male sleeping on the sidewalk. Officers located the suspect sleeping under a blanket on the sidewalk. A warrant check revealed the suspect had one misdemeanor bench warrant. The suspect was arrested.
Shooting

100 Broad St
Officers responded to a report regarding bullet holes in the store front window. Officers observed multiple bullet holes in the front glass window of two neighboring businesses. There were no injured parties or blood at the scene.
