Assault

100 Monticello St
Officers responded to a report of shots being fired. The victim was trying to sell her camera to the suspect through a phone application. The victim stated she was going to meet the suspect. Upon arrival, she noticed the suspect was hiding a handgun. The victim stated she immediately sped off and two shots were fired at her vehicle.

Assault – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of domestic violence. The victim stated when she arrived home, she heard screaming inside the house. The victim stated the suspect stood at the kitchen doorway holding a knife. The suspect lunged towards the victim and stabbed a package the victim was holding. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Robbery

700 Taraval St
Officers responded to a report of theft and battery. The victim stated two suspects walked into the store and placed store merchandise into their backpacks. The victim confronts the suspects. One of the suspects pushes the victim in the chest and walks past him. The suspect threatened to use a knife on the victim. The suspects left the store.

Officers responded to a report of battery. The victim stated he was sitting in the back of a MUNI bus. The victim stated the suspect got onto the bus and went directly to the victim. The suspect began asking the victim where he was from. The suspect assumed the victim was part of a gang and began assaulting the victim. The victim was able to exit the bus and look for help.

Trespassing – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the manager of the business. The manager stated the trespasser was banned from the business due to theft from the business. The manager stated he has told the suspect to leave but the suspect refused. Officers located the suspect inside the business and asked him to leave. The suspect refused to leave. The suspect was arrested.

Domestic Violence – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of domestic violence. The victim stated the suspect became upset with her when she wanted to leave with her friends. The suspect began yelling at the victim. The suspect hit the victim with an open hand and twice with a closed fist to the victims face. The victim attempted to get into the passenger seat of her friends vehicle but the suspect grabbed the victim by her hair. The suspect pulled out the victim’s hair, which allowed the victim to break free and enter her friend’s vehicle. The suspect was arrested.

Marijuana Possession – Arrested

19th Ave & Byxbee St
Officers were on patrol when they observed a red vehicle with a left brake light and license plate light not functioning. Officers conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle. While speaking with the suspect, officers were overwhelmed by the odor of marijuana emanating from the interior of the vehicle. Officers handcuff the suspects and conducted a search of the vehicle for marijuana. Officers found several containers of marijuana within the vehicle. The suspects were arrested.
