Officers were on patrol when they observed suspicious activity in the neighborhood and detained the suspect. While the suspect told the officer that he was “just taking a walk around the neighborhood”, it appeared to the officers that the suspect was scouting for potential burglaries. A computer check revealed that the suspect had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.
