Assault – Battery – Vandalism – Warrant – Arrested

1100 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of an assault. Loss Prevention told the officers that he saw the suspect select items and placed them into her backpack. Loss Prevention detained the suspect and called the police. While waiting for police to arrive, the suspect pulled out a box cutter and started waving at the Loss Prevention. Loss Prevention tried to remove the box cutter away from the suspect but cut her own finger in the struggle to disarm the suspect. Loss Prevention also sustained further damage in the struggle when the suspect bit her. A computer check on suspect revealed that she had a warrant for her arrest. The suspect was arrested.
Robbery

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that she was ordering food when four suspects approached her. One of the suspects pulled out a knife and while another suspect took the victims property before all four suspects fled the scene.
