Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle double parked in front of a location which had a history of drug activity. The officers contacted the driver and a computer check revealed that he had an outstanding warrant. The driver was arrested.

Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

19th Ave & Rivera St
Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with non functioning brake lights and an expired vehicle registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that her driver’s license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

False Id to a Police Officer – Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a suspect possibly breaking into a vehicle. Officers located the suspect matching description given by the witnesses and detained the suspect. A search of the suspect also revealed a glass pipe use to injest narcotics. The suspect did not have any forms of identification and verbally provided his name to the officers. However, this information failed the computer check and further investigation was necessary. Once the suspect’s true identity was provided and proven, the suspect was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim told the officers that she went to the suspect’s, her ex-boyfriend, house to drop off their children for playtime. While the children were playing, the suspect and victim conversed and suspect asked who the victim was seeing. When the victim wanted to leave, but the suspect scared the victim by grabbing and prohibiting her from exiting. The suspect eventually let go and the victim was able to leave. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested for battery and imprisonment.

Officers responded to a report of a battery and threats. The victims told the officers that the suspect, their son, had been pushing and grabbing at them. The victims told the officers, that on numerous occasions in the past, the suspect would get angry, push them out of his way or threaten to kill them over incidents when they accidentally dropped items onto the floor or the suspect did not like how dinner was made. The suspect told the officers that he would never hurt them and he only said those things because he was angry. The suspect was arrested for the threats and battery.
