Battery – violation of restraining order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of domestic violence. The victim told the officers that she and the suspect were in the process of getting a divorce and that suspect had just gotten out of alcohol rehabilitation but was drinking alcohol again. The victim said that she took the suspect’s wallet away so he couldn’t buy more alcohol even though he wanted to. The suspect got angry and pushed her head onto the pillow, which made breathing difficult. The victim said that the suspect did not stop punishing her until she gave the his wallet. Responding officers located and arrested the suspect.  After being read his Miranda Rights, the suspect refused to comment on the situation or defend himself. The suspect was arrested.

Robbery – Arrested

19th Ave & Holloway Ave
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that he was harassed by two suspects and then punched in the face by them. The suspects then implied that they had a pistol but none was visible or produced. The victim told the officers that the suspect reached for his pockets while demanding his property. The victim was able to confirm the suspects when presented with them by San Francisco State Police. The suspects were later arrested.

Warrant Arrest – Vehicle Violation – Arrested

Urbano Dr & Legion Ct
Officers were on patrol when they observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the area. Officers conducted a computer check on the license plate and determined that the plate did not match the vehicle. Officers approached the vehicle and detained the suspect. The suspect told the officers that he had just obtained the vehicle but it was not stolen. A computer check based on the information provided by the suspect was false and after further investigation, the suspect told the officer that he was using his brother’s information because he had a warrant. The suspect was arrested.

Trespassing – Shoplifting – Cited

700 Irving St
An officer responded to a report of a trespasser. An employee told the officer that he observed the suspect walk into the store and take a carton of apple juice before digging through the store’s trash bins. The employee requested that the suspect leave but the suspect refused to comply. Responding officers arrived and after investigating, cited the suspect for shoplifting and trespassing.

Shoplifting – Cited

3200 20th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss prevention told the officers that he observed a suspect walk into the store and take two headphones. The suspect then walked out of the store without paying for either of the items. Loss prevention detained the suspect until responding officers arrived. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

Vehicle Violation – No Driver’s License Issued

Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver never obtained a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Shoplifting – Cited
7:26 pm
3200 20th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss prevention told the officers that he observed the suspect walk into the store and take a set of headphones and placed them on his head before walking out of the store without paying for them. Loss prevention detained the suspect until responding officers arrived and investigated the incident; the suspect was cited.
