Battery – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

900 Lincoln Way
Officers responded to a report of a battery at treatment residential facility. The victim told the officer that he was having ongoing issues with his roommate. Today, the victim said that the suspect punched him in the face. After further investigation, the officers learned that the suspect also had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Vandalism – Arrested

1200 Great Hwy
Officers responded to a report of vandalism. The victim said that he had just parked his vehicle when the suspect, angry that the victim took his parking space, approached and started punching the car’s trunk and causing dents. The suspect then got into his vehicle and rammed into the victims vehicle two or three times. While the victim called the police, the suspect fled the scene.  Responding officers located the suspect who stated that he “got angry because the victim parked in his space.” The suspect was arrested.

Robbery

Pacheco St & 17th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that she heard a vehicle pull up and stop next to her suspect and the opening of a car door. The suspect then approached her holding a gun and demanded her cell phone. The victim threw her cell phone at the suspect and fled.

800 Kirkham St
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officer that she was about to open her front gate when a suspect approached her with a pointed gun. The suspect pushed the victim, which caused her to fall on the ground and drop her cell phone. The suspect picked up the cell phone and fled the scene.

Threats – Domestic Violence – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of threats. The victim told the officers that her husband, the suspect, were having an argument over the taxes. During the argument, the suspect made a comment that tax season was when there were a lot of murder/suicide reports. Then, the victim reported, the suspect went downstairs and retrieved his shotgun.  While the victim admitted that the suspect never pointed the shotgun at her, she was very scared. The suspect was later arrested.
