Probation Search – Arrested

Pacheco St & 19th Ave
Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle conduct multiple and unsafe lane changes without using a blinker. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and a records check on the driver revealed that he was on probation for robbery. A records check on the passenger revealed that she was also on probation for possession of illegal narcotics. Officers conducted a probation search on the vehicle and located several weapons in the vehicle. Both suspects were arrested.

Battery

Officers responded to a report of battery. The victim stated he was confronted by the suspect, an unknown male. The suspect asked the victim several questions about the victim’s neighbor. The victim answered the questions and the suspect proceeded to punch the victim in the head with both fists. The victim fell to the ground and the suspect fled in an unknown direction.

Domestic Violence

Officers responded to a report regarding a domestic violence incident. The victim stated she had been in an “on and off again” dating relationship with the suspect for two years. The suspect came to the victim’s residence to pick up their baby’s clothing and she and the suspect began arguing before the suspect pushed her out of the house. The victim re-entered the house to try and retrieve the rest of the belongings when the suspect pushed her into a room and would not allow the victim to leave despite the victim attempting to exit multiple times. The victim stated the suspect struck her with a closed fist on her face. The victim finally escaped the room and got into her vehicle but the suspect followed the victim and threw a rock at the vehicle’s rear window, causing it to shatter.
