As requested by one of our community members who wished to pass along this comment to the Taraval Station blog and to the rest of the SFPD who have not heard it:
“We saw the news report last night that Taraval Station was responsible for arresting two guys (a father and son) from Oakland in connection with many thefts here in our neighborhood and the city. WE ARE SO APPRECIATIVE TO ALL THE OFFICERS AT THE STATION . As you know, we are all so concerned about the increase of auto thefts and burglaries in our neighborhood and cherished city. Both Mark and I are native San Franciscans and it is very troubling to us and our families. Please know that we are behind you guys all the way and appreciate all you do for us. Bringing these guys to court and getting justice is now the important next step…….keep them off the streets. Please pass along our appreciation to the station officers.”
