Warrant Arrest – Arrested
8:30 pm
Irving St & 20th Ave
Officers were on patrol when they observed a known suspect with a history of being intoxicated and causing trouble in the area who currently had a warrant out for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Under the influence of Alcohol – Resisting Officers Duties – Cited
9:34 am
44th Ave & Judah St
Officer responded to a report of a suspect drinking on the MUNI and exposing himself. The officer met the victim, who was crying and upset, who pointed to the suspect. The officer approached the suspect and told him to stop walking away. However, the suspect turned around and told the officer that he wasn’t going to be arrested and continued walking away. The officer restrained the suspect by his arm until other units arrived and the suspect was placed in handcuffs. After further investigation, the suspect was determined to be intoxicated. The suspect was placed into a detox cell for four hours and later cited.

Officers were on patrol when they observed a suspect, who had a warrant for his arrest, getting into a vehicle. The officers detained the suspect, confirmed the warrant and arrested him.

Battery

Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident. The victim told the officers that she and the suspect had an argument regarding going home instead of going to a friend’s place. During the course of the argument, the suspect punched the victim in the arm and then struck the victim’s chin with an object before fleeing the scene.

Assault – Arrest
3:11 am
3300 Noriega St
Officers responded to a report of an assault between couples. The victim told the officers that she did not want the suspect around the house and she asked him to leave. This caused the suspect to get argumentative, punch the victim twice in her face before leaving the house. After obtaining information that the suspect frequents an area in Daly City, officers contacted Daly City PD to inform them of the incident. Later that night, DCPD located the suspect and contacted our station with the information. Officers responded and located and arrested the suspect.

Assault

2300 Noriega St
Officers responded to a report of an altercation with a knife. The witness told the officers that he was standing by the parking area of the store when he observed two people arguing. The suspect argued with the victim for about 30 seconds. Then the suspect went into his vehicle and took out a knife and started waving it at the victim. After a few minutes, both suspect and victim left the scene.

Vandalism – Arrest

Officers realized that a suspect arrested during an earlier incident matched the description to an act of vandalism that had happen on a previous day. The suspect’s description was confirmed and the suspect arrested for the damages due to vandalism.
