Stay Away Court Order – Arrested

400 Lakeview Ave
Officers responded to a report regarding a family dispute. Upon arrival, officers observed the suspect sitting on the stoop of the residence. After making contact, the suspect told the officers that she was trying to get into the house to talk to her mother. Officers spoke with the victim who stated she has a restraining order against her daughter. The victim stated the suspect was banging on the door and windows of the house and demanded to be let into the house. A records check of the victim revealed an active restraining order. Officers arrested the suspect in violation of her restraining order.

Officers responded to a report regarding a thrown item in the house. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated her daughter had nowhere to stay. So, despite having an active restraining order against her daughter, she allowed the daughter to stay in the house. The victim stated she heard commotion downstairs and went downstairs to investigate and observed her daughter throw a metal kettle against the wall. Officers located the suspect on the resident balcony and the suspect was arrested in violation of her restraining order.

Burglary – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of burglary. Upon arrival, officers observe a male matching the description of the suspect at the corner of Victoria and Ocean Ave. Officers detained the suspect and s made contact with the victim who stated he saw the suspect attempt to make an entry into his home. The victim stated he confronted the suspect at the doorway which  surprised the suspect; the suspect then hopped the fence, into the victim’s neighbor’s yard and fled the area. A records check on the suspect revealed numerous convictions for burglary. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report regarding a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated her and the victim have been dating for the past year and that they got into a verbal argument. The victim stated the suspect grabbed the victim’s phone and when the victim attempted to retrieve her phone, she inadvertently slapped the suspect’s face. The victim stated the slap enraged the suspect and the suspect grabbed the victim and shoved her to the ground. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Domestic Violence – Arrested

Officers responded to a domestic violence battery report. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that he and the suspect were married. The victim attempted to avoid the suspect and stayed inside his bedroom but had tried to enter the suspect’s bedroom in an attempt to locate his cellphone. While attempting to open the bedroom door, he felt an object strike his head once as well as an object striking his forearm once after that. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report regarding domestic violence. The victim stated she and the suspect had been in a relationship for seven years and they had been involved in a verbal altercation inside of her apartment. The victim stated the suspect was mad, grabbed her around her neck with both of his hands and slapped her ears with open hands multiple times until her ears rang. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report regarding a fight. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated the suspect attacked her. The victim was washing dishes in the kitchen when the suspect shoulder blocked her. The victim told the suspect to stop touching her but the suspect swung her arms at her. Afterwards, the suspect’s dog became excited and bit the victim’s arm. After further investigation, a restraining order was issued to the suspect.

Officers responded to a report regarding a domestic violence incident. The victim stated he was inside a night club when his ex-girlfriend, who appeared intoxicated and very angry, approached him. The victim stated the suspect slapped him once in the face and struck him once again with a closed fist. The victim told officers the suspect resides in Livermore, CA. Our station notified Livermore PD of the situation.
