False Evidence of Vehicle Registration – No Drivers License Issued – Cited

900 Brotherhood Way
After numerous complaints regarding a speeder in the area by neighbors, officers conducted traffic enforcement on Brotherhood Way. Officers observed a vehicle, with a headlight that was out, traveling at high speed and conducted a traffic stop. A computer check on the vehicle revealed that the registration was expired, but the vehicle displayed  a 2017 current registration sticker. The computer check also revealed that she was never issued a driver’s License. The driver was cited

Warrant Arrest – Suspended Driver’s License – Arrested

Randolph St & Victoria St
Officers were traveling on Randolph St when they observed a driver, traveling in the opposite direction in a vehicle, talking on the cell phone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and the driver told the officer that he did not have a driver’s license because it was suspended. A computer check confirmed that his license was suspended and that the driver had a warrant for his arrest. The driver was arrested.

An officer responded to a report of a non injury vehicle accident and assisted in the exchange of information between the parties involved. A computer check on both drivers revealed that one of them did not have a driver’s license issued to him. The driver was cited.

Ocean Ave & Aptos Ave
While on patrol, officers observed a vehicle with an expired registration in front of them. Officers pulled the driver over and a computer check revealed that the driver’s license had expired. The driver was cited.

Warrant Arrest – Arrested

1300 18th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person in the library. The witness told the officers that he saw the suspect running in an out of the library with his pants falling off and was warned numerous times by staff members. Officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Officers observed a vehicle failing to make a complete stop. The driver was stopped and a computer check revealed that he was never issued a license. The driver was cited.
