Battery

600 Head St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he and his friend, the suspect, had an argument. During the argument, the suspect lost his temper and grabbed the victim by his neck before punching him a couple of times. The suspect was cited.

100 Ralston St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she got into an argument with her brother over parking in front of the house. The bother started yelling and then pushed her before fleeing the scene. The victim said she fell onto the ground and injured herself.

Assault Attempted

Plymouth Ave & Farallones St
Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he was waiting at a red light when the driver behind him kept honking his horn. After the light changed, the suspect then followed the victim for a few blocks before pulling up next to him, threw something at his vehicle and then drove away.

Officers observed a vehicle that failed to make a complete stop at a stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

Officers observed a vehicle with an expired registration sticker. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

Assault – Threats

1500 21st Ave
Numerous units responded to a report of a domestic violence incident. Prior to the officers’ arrival, the suspect had already fled the scene. The victim reported that the suspect had contacted her through text message, in violation to a restraining order, this morning to ask if he could come over an visit their son. The victim replied “no” to the suspect. However, later that day, the victim found the suspect in her house trying to talk to their son. The victim told the suspect to leave or she’d call the police. The suspect immediately took the victim’s cell phone and damaged it by smashing it onto the floor. The suspect then pushed the victim onto a bed and tried to choke her while threatening to kill her. The landlord heard the commotion and went upstairs to find to investigate and escorted the suspect out of the house.

Burglary – Pepper Spray

Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim reported to the officer that he was working behind the counter of a smoke shop when he refused to served several under aged customers. The victim believes that the one of these customers, the suspect, came back in and pepper sprayed him. As the victim chased after one of the suspect, another suspect went into the store and may have stole some items before all suspects fled the scene.
