Officers responded to a report of a suspect trying to start a fire. Officers arrived on scene, located the suspect and observed him setting a piece of cardboard on fire, next to several bushes. Numerous witnesses came forward and reported what they observed of the incident. After further investigation and interviewing the suspect, he was arrested

Officers responded to a report of a person walking in the middle of the street. Officers arrived on scene and located the person. A computer check on the suspect revealed an active warrant for his arrest. The person was arrested.
Battery – Cited

2500 Noriega St
Officers responded to a report of battery. The victim reported to the officers that he and the suspect were co workers at a restaurant and that the suspect approached and slapped him once on the head. The suspect responded that the victim was reported, by their co workers, to have been hiding alcohol in the restaurant’s refrigerator without permission. The suspect approached the victim to discuss the issue but was ignored by the victim, therefore he slapped the victim on the head to get his attention. The suspect was cited.
