Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a suspect following the report and located the suspect; the reportee did not want to meet with the police regarding this incident. A computer check on the suspect revealed that he had two active warrants for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

1300Judah St
Officers responded to a report of a suspect being detained. Responding officers arrived and observed a witness, an off duty police officer, detaining the suspect. The witness reported that he was at the café when he observed the suspect steal the tip jar and started to flee the location on foot. The witness gave chase after the suspect and detained him. The suspect was later identified and cited.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. The victim reported that she had just broken up with the suspect earlier in the morning. Later in the day, the suspect walked into her work place and started yelling at the victim about the break up and grabbed the victim’s purse. The victim struggled to retain the purse but was unsuccessful; the suspect  took her purse, removed money from it and walked away. However, the suspect walked back shortly after and threatened the suspect’s safety. Officers searched the area and located the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was subsequently arrested.

An officer noticed a known suspect reaching into a mail slot. The officer watched as she pulled out pieces of mail. The suspect then looked through the mail and tossed some of it to the ground. The officer knew the suspect did not live at the house. The officer detained the suspect searched her. The officer located other pieces of mails and credit cards that weren’t hers. After further investigation, the credit cards were reported stolen along with fraudulent charges on them. A computer check revealed that the suspect had a warrant for his arrest and currently on probation for shoplifting. The suspect was arrested.

Stalking – Brandishing a Weapon

Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident. The victim reported that the suspect had brandished a gun at them on the previous night. The victim told the officers that she was sitting in her friend’s car when the suspect approached them in his vehicle and positioned it to block their vehicle. The suspect got out of the car took out a black gun and brandished it, however it was never directly pointed at the victim. The victim requested that she did not want to press charges but wanted the suspect to be informed she wished to be left alone.

Officers observed a vehicle driving in the area without turning on the car’s lights. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
