Warrant Arrest – Arrested

23rd Ave & Irving St
Officers observed a suspect sitting on the sidewalk with a bicycle and several bags scattered around him that was obstructing the sidewalk. The officers conducted a computer check on the suspect and the results revealed that the suspect had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Assault – Threats – Arrested

2900 24th Ave
Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he was in the kitchen cooking when the suspect entered and told him to finish up. A few minutes later, the suspect returned to the kitchen with his shirt off and forcefully pushed the suspect, causing him to hit his head against the fridge. The victim stated that his girlfriend tried to call the police during the incident but the suspect threatened to harm her if she didn’t put away the phone. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Brandishing – Vandalism

Officers responded to a report of threats and vandalism. The victim reported that she was visiting her boyfriend’s house and arrived at the same time as the suspect. The victim questioned the suspect about who she was and why she was there. The suspect responded that she was visiting the witness. This caused the suspect and victim to get into an argument. During the argument, the suspect went to her vehicle and retrieved a long kitchen knife which she pointed at the victim and made threats at her. The suspect also went into her vehicle a second time and took out a bat which she used to vandalize the victim’s vehicle.  The suspect got back into her vehicle and fled the location.

Robbery

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that she was robbed in the Stern Grove Amphitheater, between the hours of 2:00 am and 4:00 am. The victim reported that the suspect approached her and pointed a knife at her while demanding money. The suspect took the victim’s property and fled the scene.
