Officers responded to a report of an assault and located the victim on the ground, in front of his doorway. Responding officers called for medical assistance and observed that the victim seemed intoxicated. The victim stated that he was celebrating earlier and was just returning home via Uber when a suspect suddenly appeared and punched him in the mouth. The victim also stated that he gave his ring and necklace to the suspect. However, the victim’s statements and observations changed multiple times during questioning and was inconsistent.

Officers observed a vehicle failing to make a complete stop at a stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Battery – Harassing Phone Calls – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim stated that after she broke up with the suspect, the suspect became delusional, constantly accused the victim of stealing his money and called the victim multiple times. Earlier in the day, while the victim was at work, the suspect walked in and again demanded his money. The victim, unwilling to cause a disturbance at work, walked outside with the suspect. Outside, the victim reports that suspect threw a cup of hot tea at her which caused a burning sensation on contact. After questioning, the suspect admitted to throwing the tea onto the ground behind her where it bounced and hit the victim. The suspect was arrested.
