Battery – Arrested

Castro St & 18th St
Officers were on patrol and responded to a call for a well-being check. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the victim who stated he and the suspect had been consuming alcohol at a bar, earlier in the evening. Afterwards, they had multiple arguments which resulted in the victim getting punched twice by the suspect. The suspect then fled the location and was last seen running on the streets, among the moving vehicles. Officers located the suspect and he was arrested for battery.

Domestic Violence – Arrested

Officers responded to a report regarding domestic violence. Upon arrival, the victim told officers she was hit in the face by her husband. The victim stated she got into a verbal argument with the suspect because of his consumption of alcohol which resulted in the suspect becoming very upset and the victim was hit on her left cheek. The suspect was arrested.

19th Ave & Quintara St
Officers were on duty at Taraval Station when the victim entered to report a battery and attempted assault with a vehicle. The victim stated he was driving his moped in a lane when the suspect attempted to merge into the same lane. The victim stated he was told to pull over by the suspect. Once the victim pulled over, the suspect exited his vehicle while holding an unknown object. The victim, believing the suspect would have struck him with the object, immediately fled on his moped while the suspect chased after him and attempting to strike the victim with his vehicle.

Stay Away/Court Order

Officers responded to a report regarding a Stay Away order. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who stated the suspect entered his place of business and began harassing the customers. The victim told the suspect he had to leave and that there is a Stay Away order against him but was ignored and the suspect continued harassing the customers. The suspect only exited the business when the victim stated he would call the police to report the suspect.
