Battery
6:30 pm
Confidential
Officers were on duty at Taraval Station when the victim’s mother came to file a sexual battery report on behalf of her child, the victim. The mother reported that her son, the victim, told her that he was hurt by an older boy when she picked him up at a sports camp. The mother attempted to clarify the situation with the camp director as well as the suspect; the suspect responded that the incident may have occurred while he was asked to bring the victim off the structure and inside. The mother stated it was later revealed that the victim stated he was touched on his genital area outside of his shorts. The Special Victims Unit has been notified of this incident.
