Officers responded to a report of a suspect with a knife on board a MUNI LRV. Responding officers located the suspect and observed the victim holding a laptop bag out in self defense as well as a knife lying on the floor. The victim reported that he observed the suspect talking to himself while he was at the bus stop before boarding. Once on the MUNI LRV, the victim noticed that the suspect had followed him and placed a knife on the floor before seating himself several rows behind the victim. The witness, the LRV operator, called his dispatcher with a request for police assistance. Officers arrested the suspect.
Assault

Officers responded to Seaton Hospital regarding an assault. The victim reported that she was at a bar when her friend, the suspect, approached her. The suspect seemed very intoxicated and began yelling at the victim and waving her fingers at her before other patrons were able to seperate them. The suspect walked back to her table and grabbed a glass and threw it at the victim, causing a laceration on her head.
