Battery – Arrested

Officers responded to a report regarding a verbal altercation, possibly involving a gun, between a male and a female. Responding officers spoke with the caller who stated that he was alerted to the argument when he heard the suspect argue about a gun and then observed the suspect grab the female’s shirt collar before shaking her. The suspect was arrested.

Battery

100 Summit St
Officers responded to a report regarding a dog bite. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated she was in a verbal argument with the suspect before the suspect’s dog bit her on her ankle. However, the suspect and their animal fled the scene prior to the officer’s arrival.

Traffic Violation – Cited

200 Stonecrest Dr
While conducting a traffic stop, an unknown reportee approached officers and reported that there was a vehicle parked in front of his house with a person sleeping in it. After the completion of the traffic stop, officers responded to the scene and observed a male sleeping in the front passenger seat of the reported vehicle. A computer check on the vehicle revealed that the vehicle’s registration date was expired despite the vehicle displaying a current 2016 registration tab. Officers spoke with the male who stated he purchased the vehicle a month ago and retrieved the associated paperwork which showed the transfer of ownership but that it had not yet been submitted to the DMV. The suspect was cited.

Driving w/ License Suspended – Arrested
Officers were on patrol when they recognize a vehicle, without license plates, which was identical to a vehicle that was involved in a previous auto burglary. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a records check on the suspect which revealed that the suspect’s license was suspended. Officers arrested the suspect.

Vandalism to Vehicle

19th Ave & Winston Dr
Officers responded to a report regarding a disruptive passenger on MUNI. Upon arrival, officers were informed that the suspect had ripped off one of the coach’s mirrors. Officers collaborated with San Francisco State University police and located the suspect who had a strong odor of alcohol emanating from him. A witness approached officers and stated the suspect had leaned on her, held on to her and stated to the bus driver that she was his girlfriend. The witness positively identified the suspect. The suspect was arrested.
