Officers responded to a report of a suspect with a knife. The victim, a MUNI driver, reported that the suspect was sitting near the rear of the bus and had been belligerent and loud throughout the whole ride. The driver told the suspect to be quiet or get off the bus but the suspect refused and continued to yell and be belligerent. Eventually, the suspect stood up at the next stop and walked towards the victim to within three inches and brandished a knife before threatening the victim. Afterwards, the suspect exited the bus.
Robbery

Vicente St & 14th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that he was walking on Vicente St towards the MUNI Station when the suspect came from behind and hit him on the right side of his head. The suspects then grabbed the victim’s phone and ran towards the MUNI Station.

2200 18th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a suspect holding onto a piece of wood and a hammer. The victim told the officers that the suspect was diagnosed with a mental issue and had not been taking his medication. The victim said they got into an argument after the suspect invited a friend over to eat dinner with them. The victim said that she did not want the friend over because the friend was a drug addict. This caused the suspect to get angry and he picked up a sledgehammer and threatened the victim before swinging the sledgehammer around. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
