Assault – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a stabbing. Officers arrived and met with the victim. The victim reported that they were in bed and got into a verbal argument. Both the suspect and victim left the bed and walked into the kitchen, while continuing their argument. However, as the argument continued, the suspect grabbed a frying pan and struck the victim on the face with it. While the victim pushed, punched and struggled to keep the suspect away, the suspect stabbed the victim’s palm with a knife. The victim stated that he tried to disarm the suspect before running out of the house. The suspect responded that the victim started the argument and she used the pan to defend herself. Responding officers investigated the incident further and arrested the suspect.

Officers responded to a report of people fighting. While enroute to the incident, a witness pointed to the direction where the suspect and victim were last seen walking. The witness told the officers that he saw the suspect yelling at the victim and observed him punch her couple of times while other people stepped in and tried to separate the suspect and victim. Officers located the suspect and victim and were told by both of them that nothing had happened, that the victim was “ok” and both refused to provide further information. Afterwards, a second witness came forward and told the officer that he tried to separate the suspect and was punched a couple of times in the head but declined to press charges. A computer check on the suspect and victim revealed that the suspect had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested for the warrant and battery

Officers responded to a report of a threat. The victim reported that the suspect, whom he was having issues with, knocked on his door and threatened to shoot him. The victim said that he started filming the suspect while she was threatening him. The officers looked at the evidence and arrested the suspect.

Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Great Highway & Irving St
Officers observed a suspect sleeping on the sidewalk while blocking the path. A computer check on the suspect revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest out of San Mateo. The suspect was arrested.
