Driving while under the Influence – Arrested

Brotherhood Way & Thomas Moore Way
Officers responded to a report of an unconscious male located in a vehicle. Responding officers located the vehicle with the driver slumped over, unconscious and not responsive while the vehicle was still in gear. An officer broke one of the windows of the vehicle to unlock the doors and safely place the vehicle in park. After successfully awakening the driver, officers conducted multiple tests and determined that the driver was intoxicated. The driver was arrested

Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident. The victim reported that she was upset with the suspect because of the amount of time he spent talking to his ex wife on the phone. This caused an argument; the victim stated that the suspect was angry and shoved the victim as he walked past her, which caused her to fall down the stairs. The victim tried to steady herself by grabbing onto the suspect but this upset the suspect further. The suspect was reported to have grabbed the victim by her neck, choking her, and throwing her onto a couch before leaving the location. Responding officers spoke to the suspect when he returned and were told that the argument was over a nine minute conversation and the suspect was only trying to push the victim away from him. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a domestic dispute with firearms in the house. Officer responded to the scene and detained the suspect and firearm. The victim told the officers that they were arguing over money. The victim told the officers that the suspect does not work and is an alcoholic. The victim has to hide her money from the suspect or he would take it. The victim said that when she woke up she noticed some money missing. She had searched the suspects belonging and found the money. The suspect grabbed the victim hands trying to retain the money. On the prior night the suspect had slapped the victim on her face. The suspect was arrested and his weapons were taken for safekeeping.

Officers responded to a report of a person waving around a knife at people. Responding officers located the suspect and observed that the knife was inside a sheath. The suspect stated that he was showing the knife to his friends. However, the suspect showed signs of intoxication and was in possession of an open container of alcohol. Officers removed the knife for safe keeping and cited the suspect for the open container of alcohol.
