Officers observed a vehicle failing to make a complete stop at a stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a battery at a library. The victim told the officers that she was organizing some books when a suspect poured some unknown liquid on her head. The suspect left the scene without saying anything.
