Disturbing the Peace – Under the Influence – Trespassing – Arrested

Earlier, officers responded to a report of a dispute among brothers and the brothers were admonished to stay away from each other. Later, officers had to again respond to the same location because one brother, the suspect, continued to harass the victim while challenging him to a fight. The victim stated that the suspect was drunk and did not have permission to stay at the house. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle speeding past while traveling at speeds greater than 40mph before coming to an abrupt stop at a red light. After the red light changed to green, the driver then changed lanes without signaling.  The officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the driver did not pull over or stop the vehicle immediately. When the driver eventually stopped, he waited until the officers exited their vehicle before revving up the engine again and driving towards and past the officers. The vehicle finally stopped after pulling into a driveway of a house. Officers detained the suspect and place him under arrest.

Officers were on patrol and observed a suspicious vehicle without a license plate and an expired temporary registration sticker. As the officers pulled up to the vehicle, they observed two suspects in the back of the vehicle. Once the vehicle’s door was opened, the officers smelled a strong odor of cannabis. A search of the vehicle located a loaded firearm under a mat, ammunition and marijuana. The officers conducted a computer check on the two suspects which revealed that one of the suspects had a warrant for her arrest and that the firearm had been reported stolen from Rocklin, Ca. The two suspects were arrested.
