Battery – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident. The victim reported that she and the suspect were arguing in their vehicle while parked in the garage of their house about the suspect being intoxicated. During the argument, the suspect pushed at the victim’s legs and then pulled the victim’s own arm around her neck, causing her to choke. The victim managed to escape and immediately called 911. Responding officers located the suspect still at the location and he was arrested.

Officers responded to an incident of domestic violence. The victim reported that she and the suspect were at a relative’s house and that the suspect had been drinking all day. An argument ensued after the victim refused to go out and party with the suspect because she believed the suspect was too drunk. During the argument, the suspect grabbed the victim by her throat and pushed her. The suspect’s mother intervened and pushed the suspect away from the victim and the suspect walked away. Later, while driving home from the relative’s house, the suspect started the argument again and threatened to harm both the victim and the other occupant in the vehicle. Once home, the victim reported the incident. The suspect responded that they had only had an argument and he had just pinched the victim before hitting her shoulder. After further investigation and interviewing the witness, the suspect was arrested.

Violation of Restraining Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a restraining order violation. The victim reported that he saw the suspect, his neighbor, in his driveway and was staring directly at him. The victim ignored the suspect. Later, the victim was backing backing his vehicle out of his own driveway and saw that suspect was there again. Responding officers went next door to the suspect’s house for questioning. The suspect exited the house as the police walked up to the front door and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she and the suspect had been drinking and while drinking, they got into an argument. The suspect grabbed the victim’s cell phone and laptop before smashing them. The suspect also grabbed the victim’s head and pushed it into a wall before fleeing the scene.

Chumasero Dr & Galindo Ave
Officers responded to a report violation of a restraining order. The victim reported that he had just moved into the house due to an ongoing harassment from a previous neighbor, the suspect. While moving, the suspect showed up and the victim tried to take a photo of the suspect as proof of the violation. However, the suspect drove off and struck the victim with her vehicle before fleeing the location.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic violence incident. Numerous witnesses reported observing the suspect arguing with the victim before slamming the victim onto the ground and punching him, possibly with a pocket knife.   Officers searched and located both the victim and the suspect. After questioning, the victim denied the argument and assault. However, based on the statements made by witnesses, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic violence incident. Witnesses reported that they observed the suspect drag and yell at the victim.  However, upon questioning, both the suspect and victim denied the incident. After hearing that there were multiple witnesses who reported the incident, the victim admitted that they had an argument over financial matters before the suspect angrily pulled her by her hair. The suspect was arrested.

Officers observed a vehicle that failed to stop at a posted stop sign. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he did not have a driver’s license. The driver was cited.
