Marijuana Offense – Possession of Alcohol

A School Resources officer met with the Dean of a school who reported that his security officers had just responded to a call, made by neighbors, that a student was breaking into a vehicle. The juvenile was located and after further investigation, it was revealed that the juvenile was truant and in possession of alcohol and marijuana. The juvenile was admonished and the parents notified of the offense.
