Warrant Arrest – Arrested

300 San Miguel St
Officers respond to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Responding officers located the vehicle and discovered two subjects asleep inside a Honda. After rousing and detaining the sleepers, a computer check revealed that one had a warrant from San Mateo for his arrest and he was arrested. The other was advised for sleeping in a vehicle.

Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

Taraval St & 40th Ave
Officers observed a vehicle that failed to make a complete stop at a posted stop sign. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia – Theft of Bicycle

00 Fuente Ave
Officers responded to a report of a possible bike theft; the victim reported that she was standing on the front steps of her house having coffee when the suspect walked her bicycle out of the carport. Responding officers searched, located and detained the suspect, who was still in possession of the bicycle, for questioning. When asked if the bicycle belonged to the suspect, the officers were loudly told “NO” by the suspect. A search of the suspect revealed a methamphetamine pipe on the suspect. The suspect was later cited.

Assault

3400 Moraga St
Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that she was standing in her kitchen and talking to the suspect when the suspect became angry and agitated. The suspect then grabbed the victim on her neck and she had to struggle to break free. Meanwhile, her daughter came into the room and the suspect slapped her before fleeing the location. 

Battery
11:15 am
00 Harding Rd
Officers responded to a report of battery. The victim reported that he was walking down a path when a golf ball landed by his foot and he kicked the ball away. The victim was then approached by the suspect, who was angry and pushed the victim. A fight ensued with the victim punching the suspect back in retaliation. After several minutes of fighting, the suspect returned to his golf game and the victim left the area.
