Robbery – Attempted

38th Ave & Ortega St
Officers responded to a report of an attempted robbery. Responding officers spoke to the victims who reported that they were walking to their vehicle when a suspect suddenly appeared and held up a knife while demanding their vehicle. Immediately afterwards, a second suspect approached the first suspect and they spoke briefly before both fled the scene without further incident.

Officers observed a vehicle with an inoperable brake light. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited

Warrant Arrest – Arrested

LA Playa St & Lincoln Way
Officer observed a suspect, with a warrant history, walking down the street and approached him. Upon questioning, the suspect verbally admitted to having an active warrant, which was also confirmed by a computer check. The suspect was arrested.

Vehicle Violation – No Driver’s License – Cited

46th Ave & Pacheco St
Officers responded to a report of a non injury, accident and assisted in the exchange of information. A computer check revealed that one of the driver had an license expired. The driver was cited.

19th Ave & Denslowe Dr
Officer was conducting speed enforcement and observed a vehicle traveling at 56 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended.  The driver was cited.

Vehicle Violation – No Driver’s License – Cited

19th Ave & Sloat Blvd
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with expired registration and conducted a traffic stop. A computer check on the driver revealed that the driver had no license. The driver was cited.

Vandalism – Cited

Lincoln Way & 9th Ave
Officers responded to a report on vandalism on a MUNI bus. Responding officers spoke with the witness, who reported that the suspect banged on the MUNI’s back door’s window and shattered it. The suspect responded that he was arguing with his mother when his mother decided to enter the bus. The suspect admitted to being angry and banged on the glass, which caused it to shatter. The suspect was cited.
