Officers responded to a report regarding a battery. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated he and the suspect got into a verbal altercation regarding the suspect moving out. The victim stated he walked towards his room but the suspect blocked his way and hit him on the left ear. The victim finally was able to enter his room and called the police.

Officers responded to a report regarding a theft. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who stated she observed the two suspects enter the store and that one began taking underwear from the counter and placing it into her own bag. The victim requested that the suspect replace the underwear back on the counter, which the suspect complied with unnecessary force. The victim also reported the suspect used her elbow to hit the victim on the way out of the store and then used her hand to back hand the victim once in the face before exiting the store.

Officers responded to a report about a disturbance. Officers arrived and spoke to the victim, with a strong odor of alcohol on his person, stated he got beat up but did not see or know who might have done it. The victim was observed to have a cut on his nose and a cut on his toe and it was concluded that it was possible that the victim could have fallen and caused his own injuries.

Officers responded to a report regarding a domestic violence incident. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated she was stomped on the side of her face by her boyfriend’s foot. The victim stated she was involved in a verbal altercation with the suspect and the victim decided to lie down on the floor to regain composure when the suspect stomped on her face. The suspect was not on scene when officers arrived.

Officers were on duty at Taraval Police Station when the victim came in to report that he had been robbed while being excessively intoxicated. The victim stated he exited an Uber at Twin Peaks Blvd and walked around, drunk. The victim stated he remembers being harassed by an unknown amount of suspects as they pushed him to the ground and kicked him several times before stealing his personal belongings. The victim was then transported to the hospital for medical attention after the robbery.
