Assault – Loitering – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an assault. Responding officers arrived and located the suspect and victim inside the garage. The suspect stated that he was walking down the back stairs of the house to gain entry to the garage. While passing his neighbor’s bathroom, he heard the victim falsely accuse him of looking in the window while the victim was showering. The victim then threw a bottle of shampoo at the suspect. The victim responded that he was taking a shower when he noticed the suspect, who has been observed multiple times looking into the bathroom window, standing outside the window and used a shampoo bottle to block the opening. Then victim also reported that the suspect punched the window, causing the broken glass to hit him. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a burlary in progress. Responding officers located a suspect matching the description given by the witness. The witness reported that she heard the suspect outside and observed the suspect standing in front of another apartment trying to open the door by turning the knob. When the door remained locked, the suspect left. A second witness reported that the suspect was inside an apartment, drinking beer. Officers detained and searched the suspect, which revealed both marijuana and heroin in his possession. A computer check revealed that the suspect also had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Assault – Arrested

Officers responded to a dispute. Responding officers spoke with the victim who reported that she and the suspect had an argument which escalated and the suspect grabbed her neck and squeezed. The victim ran out of her house and went to her mother’s house. Additional officers responded to the suspect’s house and located the suspect. A search revealed a loaded firearm inside the house which was not properly locked. After further investigation, the suspect was later arrested.
