Assault with a Knife – Robbery – Arrested

800 Ulloa St
Officers arrived on scene and observed a trail of blood which lead to the victim with a cut on his arm. Responding officers spoke with the witness, who told the officers that she and the victim were sitting at the bus stop when a group of six people, 3 males and 3 females, approached the victim suddenly and out of nowhere. The group asked the victim which gang he was affiliated with but started punching the victim and a female suspect stabbed at the victim’s arm before he was given a chance to answer. The suspects then stole the victim’s wallet and cell phone before fleeing the scene.

Officers located and detained a group of suspects who were all later confirmed by the witness; a search of the suspects also located a bloody pocket knife. The suspects were arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic fight; multiple witnesses pointed out the suspect who had pushed the victim and also punched a witness while he was holding a child. Responding officers spoke to the victim who reported that she had picked up the suspect, who smelled of alcohol, and their children. When they reached their home, the victim tried to stop the suspect from carrying one of the children up the stairs. This caused the suspect to become angry and he pushed the victim. A witness tried to intervene but was also punched by the suspect, who was still holding the child. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a fight involving firearms. Responding officers located and spoke with the suspect, who appeared intoxicated with a recent forehead laceration, who responded that he had an argument with his mother and that she hit him but denied that he was in the possession of a gun. The mother responded that the suspect returned home and was intoxicated which sparked an argument but she was never threatened by the suspect. A witness also stated that the suspect did not produce a gun and did not threaten anybody. Both parties refused to press charges.

Officers responded to a report of a theft in progress. Responding officers arrived on scene and located a suspect that matched the description given by an unknown witness. According to the victim, she was in the parking lot when two suspects approached her and told her that they were part of a club before kicking her and fleeing the scene. The victim stated that the club was one that she had reported to the FBI multiple times. A witness told the officers that he did not see any commotion nor did the victim steal anything from the store. After further investigation, the suspect was released and a report filed.
