Possession of Loaded Firearm – Under the Influence in a Public Place – Cited

Santiago St & 433rd Ave
Officers responded to a report of a person with a gun in a public location. The witness reported that she was driving and saw the suspects behind a telephone pole and assumed that they were waiting to cross the street. However, once the suspect started walking across the street, she noticed that there was a gun in his hand. Responding officers searched and located the suspect, who was crouched down facing a house’s front gate. After multiple orders were given for the suspect to approach the officers, he complied and was placed in handcuffs. The suspect was observed to be unsteady with slurred speech an strong odor of alcoholic beverages on his breath. A search of the area located a cocked and loaded revolver in front of the gate. The suspect was cited for carrying a loaded weapon and place into a detox cell for four hours.

Traffic Violation – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers observed a pedestrian running across several lanes of traffic while the walk sign was still red. The officers detained the suspect and a computer check revealed that he had warrant for his arrest. A search of the suspect also revealed  a methamphetamine pipe on the suspect. The suspect was arrested.

Vandalism – Cited

19th Ave & Holloway Ave
Officers responded to a report of a MUNI vandalism. The witness, a MUNI bus driver, reported that the suspect had punched the front door glass panel and caused it to crack. The suspect was still on scene when the officers arrived but refused to say anything to the officers. The suspect was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a male hitting a female. Responding officers located the suspect and victim, who was observed to have cuts to her ears around her earrings and splotches of redness on her forehead. When questioned, the victim responded that “nothing had happened” despite a witness reporting that she heard a female scream and observed the suspect pushing the victim against the vehicle. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Restraining Order Violation – Arrested

00 Homwood Ct.
Officers responded to a report of threats. The victim told the officers that the suspect, his brother, came over and threatened him despite a restraining order. When questioned, the suspect responded that the victim was supposed to move out so that he could move in. However, the victim decided that he had changed his mind and decided to stay instead.  Officers confirmed that the restraining order was still in effect and the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic violence incident; the suspect and victim were in a verbal argument when the victim began throwing multiple items that struck the suspect. The suspect and victim then relocated to the garage, where there was a struggle over a golf club which struck the victim on the cheek. The victim responded that while they were engaged in the argument, the suspect threw items first and she threw them back at him. The victim then tried to leave but when she saw that the suspect went to grab golf clubs and she also also tried to grab them as well. When they both struggled to possess the golf club, the suspect lost hold of it and punched the victim on her face. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a fight. The victim told the officers that she and the suspect were bar hopping earlier in the day with family and friends. When they were on their way home with a car from Uber, an argument ensued. When the vehicle stopped, the victim reported that the suspect pushed her out of the car and so she fell and hit her head, causing a contusion. The suspect was arrested.
