Warrant Arrest – Arrested

2000 20th Ave
Officers were on patrol and observed two suspects peering inside three different vehicles. As the officers approached them, the suspects abruptly halted their suspicious activity and began to walk away. Officers detained the suspects and a computer check on them revealed that one of them had a warrant for his arrest. The first suspect was arrested for the warrant and the second suspect was identified and before being released.

Farallones St & Capitol Ave
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an expired registration; a computer check confirmed that the registration expired in 2015. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Warrant Arrest – Arrested

500 Randolph St
Officers received information concerning a suspect with an outstanding warrant. Officers responded to the suspect’s location and located the suspect inside an opened garage door. The suspect was taken into custody and arrested.

Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

22nd Ave & Noriega St
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle which failed to stop at a posted stop sign, causing two other vehicles had to brake hard in order avoid collision. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that the driver had his license suspended. The driver was cited.

Battery – Elder Abuse – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim told the officers that she was practicing music when the suspect called and was angry that she did not answer. The suspect began opening drawers in the kitchen and in the bedroom and scattered their contents on to the floor. Several of these items then caused the suspect trip and fall. When the victim went to help the suspect, the suspect in turn punched the victim on her arm. The victim also reported that the suspect had been drinking. The suspect responded that he had fallen and tried to call for help but the victim did not answer so he started throwing items to get her attention. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Assault

Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that she heard loud music from a parked vehicle outside and went out to investigate. After trying to get the suspect to lower the volume of his music, the suspect got angry and yelled at the victim. The victim’s boyfriend also tried to assist the victim but the suspect exited the vehicle and struck the victim’s boyfriend on his head with a flashlight before fleeing the location.
