Vehicle Violation – No Driver’s License – Cited

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle failing to slow down and stop at a posted stop sign. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that she was holding on to her wallet which was part of her cell phone case. Without warning, the suspect approached and hit her arm before pushing her on to the ground. The suspect then picked up her fallen items and ran into a waiting vehicle before fleeing the location.
Possession of Air Gun – Resisting Arrest – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a suspect holding a pistol. The witness reported that she observed the suspect rocking back and forth on the sidewalk while perspiring and holding on to a pistol. Responding officers located the suspect, who hurriedly fled the location when they started to approach him. Officers gave chase and had to tackle the suspect. Without prompting, the suspect stated that the weapon was in his backpack and was filled with blanks. After further investigation, it was revealed that the suspect was a juvenile. The suspect was cited and released to his father.
