Probation Search – Possession of Stolen Property – Arrested

Inspectors obtained information through their investigation of a suspect, who was also on probation with a search condition, concerning possible stolen property. Officers and inspectors conducted the search of the suspect and located numerous stolen items. The suspect was arrested.
Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License

Offices were on patrol and observed a vehicle operating with an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. It also revealed a history of previous citations for driving with a suspended license. The driver was cited.

2800 Vicente St
Officers responded to a report of someone taking pictures. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that the suspect was making rude and sexual comments at her while she was shopping. The victim stated that she was bending over when she noticed the suspect taking pictures of her. The suspect then grabbed her and hugged her without her permission. When questioned, the suspect responded that he did not take any photos of the victim and that the hug was consensual. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.
Assault

Officers responded to a report of an assault. Responding officers spoke to the victim who reported that the suspect, who is frequently intoxicated and used drugs, slapped her on her face and then bit her thumb, causing a laceration. The suspect fled the scene before the officers arrived.
