Officers responded to a report of a domestic violence incident with a knife. As the officers arrived on scene they observed the suspect fleeing. The officers detained and searched the suspect which revealed a pocket knife. The officers then spoke to the victim, who stated that she got into an argument with the suspect and was upset so she started trowing clothes from the laundry basket. In retaliation, the suspect also started throwing clothes around as well. At one point, the victim noticed that she had received an unknown and suspicious wound, initially thought to have been from a splinter.
