Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. Responding officers spoke to the witness, who directed them to the suspect’s location. Officers searched for and located the suspect; a computer check on the suspect revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Vandalism – Battery – Probation Violation – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a battery.  Responding officers located the suspect on arrival and were told, by the suspect, that he and the victim had a verbal confrontation regarding employment over the weekend. The suspect admitted to nudging the victim and also throwing water at the victim.

The victim responded that his gym had a free day pass promotion on Saturday and that the suspect was given a pass. However, the suspect started asking questions but got angry and tossed his pass on the floor. Shortly afterwards, the suspect asked about the gym’s employment policy. The victim responded that the gym would never hire the suspect, which angered the suspect and he attempted to start a fight.

On Monday, it was discovered that the suspect had signed up and was approved for a membership at the gym. The gym decided that they wanted to revoke the membership. The suspect was upset and threw water at the victim, which damaged the surrounding computer equipment and then kicked the victim. Officers ran a computer check on the suspect, which revealed that he was on probation. The suspect was arrested.

Robbery – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a theft.  The victim reported that she observed three suspects taking multiple items of merchandise from a shelf and putting them into their backpacks. The victim attempted to stop the suspects but she was pushed aside when the suspects fled the location. Officers searched and located the suspects several blocks away. After further investigation, the suspects were arrested.
