Officers responded to a report of an assault. Responding officers spoke to the victim who reported that he was skateboarding in the area with friends when a suspect approached them. The suspect and victim got into an argument over the victim’s Instagram name and the victim tried to leave the area but was followed by the suspect. The suspect then struck the victim across his face with a skateboard before fleeing the area.
Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with expired registration, which was confirmed by a computer check. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a second computer check on the driver revealed that his license had also been suspended. The driver was cited.
