Driving While Intoxicated – Traffic Collision – Arrested

24th Ave & Pacheco St
Officers responded to a report of a 4 car collision. Responding officers spoke to the driver, who was observed with a flushed face, watery eyes and bloodshot eyes. The driver admitted to drinking 3-4 shots and stated that he was driving at approximately 25mph before suddenly blacking out. A computer check revealed that the driver had a suspended driver’s license and was on probation for DUI. Due to the collision and injuries, the driver was taken to the hospital after questioning and was later arrested.

Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

Ocean Ave & Dorado Terrace
Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle without front plates. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that her license was suspended. The driver, who had a history for driving on a suspended license, was cited again and her vehicle was towed.

Trespassing – Resisting Arrest – Cited

100 West Portal Ave
An officer responded to a report of a trespasser. The manager reported that the suspect entered the store and walked directly to the bathroom and was used it to “take a shower.” When the suspect came out of the bathroom, he sat down and started flapping his arms and legs around. The manager requested that the suspect to leave the store but the suspect refused. Two plain clothes Sgts identified themselves and ask the suspect to leave. The suspect refused again and they had to physically escort him out. The suspect was cited.

Possession of a Prohibited Weapon – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Holloway Ave & Brighton Ave
Officers responded to a possible auto burglary suspect. Officers searched the area and located the suspect. A computer check on the suspect revealed that he had warrant for his arrest. A search of the suspect also revealed the possession of a butterfly knife. Officers were unable to locate and vehicle that was broken into.  The suspect was arrested.
