Officers responded to a report of a vehicle with a bottle hole. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that he had just returned and found that his vehicle had been shot at with a bullet hole visible on the roof of his vehicle. Officers searched the area but were unsuccessful in locating any further evidence or witnesses that heard gun shots.

Officers responded to a battery incident. The victim reported that she had just closed her business and was walking to her vehicle when she felt a sudden jerk on her backpack behind her and was punched once. While the victim was disoriented, the suspect went through her pockets looking items to steal. However, the victim was able to retain her property and the suspect fled the location.

700 Taraval St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that the suspect, who was previously banned from the store, headed to the pharmacy and asked for some syringes. The victim told the suspect that he had to leave the store which caused the suspect to angrily punch the victim. The victim pushed the suspect away and the suspect fled the store.

Officeres observed a vehicle, without a license plate or DMV paperwork, traveling at a high rate of speed. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been expired since 2014. The driver had also been arrested for driving on a suspended license. The driver was cited and his vehicle towed.

Officers observed a vehicle that failed to make a complete stop at a posted stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Battery – Arrested

2500 41st Ave
Officers responded to a report of a domestic violence incident. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that there was an angry argument with the suspect earlier about their relationship. The argument continued to escalate and the victim had to grab a bottle of pepper spray away from the suspect in fear of it being used. The victim pocketed the pepper spray and attempted to leave the room but the suspect punched and scratched at the victim’s face in an attempt to stop the exit. Upon questioning, the suspect stated that nothing out of the ordinary had happened. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers were on patrol observed a vehicle being driven despite a broken brake light. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Graffiti – Possession of Graffiti Tools – Cited

18th Ave & Taraval St
Officers were on patrol and were flagged down by a witness. The witness pointed out a suspect who was just observed in vandalizing a box with graffiti. Upon questioning, the suspect denied that he had anything to do with the graffiti on the box. However, a search of the suspect located multiple markers that matched the graffitti. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.
Robbery – Arrested

800 Irving St
Officers responded to a report of a theft. The witness reported that three suspects, one who was recognized from a previous robbery incident, entered the store talking loudly and acting obnoxiously. The suspects walked directly towards the iPhones and stole a phone while the other suspects intervened when the witness tried to stop the robbery. The suspects fled the store with the stolen merchandise but two of three suspects were later located by the responding officers. After further investigation, the two suspects were arrested.
