Alcohol Sales after Hours – Cited

Officers conducted a bar check after receiving complaints of fighting and after hour alcohol sales. With the arrival of the responding officers, multiple patrons immediately exited the bar and still more people were observed inside the establishment. Entering the establishment, officers located multiple opened and unopened bottles of beer. After questioning the employees and manager, they were cited.
Assault – Robbery

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that he and his friends were engaged in a verbal argument inside a fitness gym with an unknown suspect. After the argument, the victim walked towards the parking area of the garage and was attacked by the suspect who was with a group of nine other people. During the attack, the suspects stole the victim’s gym bag which contained personal items. The victim fled from the attackers and hid until the suspects left the area.

Officers were on patrol and conducting speed enforcement when they observed a vehicle traveling at 52 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officers conducted at traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
