Responding officers searched and located the suspect, who had a history of restraining order violations. The suspect was again carrying a stick, which was against the terms of his restraining order. The suspect arrested.
Vandalism – Trespassing – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. Responding officers observed a recently broken window that was ajar and located the suspect after a search. The victim stated that she had just broken up with the suspect and that the suspect had broken into the building afterwards to knock on her door to speak with her. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
