Driving while under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs – No License Issued – Arrested

400 Head St
Officers responded to a report of a person screaming. Responding officers arrived and observed a vehicle, without tires, that was parked on the sidewalk. Upon speaking with the driver, they observed that the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. A witness reported that the driver kept trying to start the vehicle and drive off, despite the car not having tires. The suspect failed his field sobriety test and was arrested.

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle driving in the dark without headlights. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license was suspended. The driver was cited.
Stolen Vehicle – Arrested

Santa Barbara & Head St
Officers responded to a report of a suspect vandalizing a vehicle with spray paint. Responding officers located the suspect but determined there was no merit to report. However, a computer check on the vehicle determined that it was stolen. The suspect reported that he had a previous agreement with the vehicle’s company for it’s payment but fell ill and could no longer keep up with the payments. The suspect stated that he was unsuccessful in contacting the company and kept the vehicle. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
Violation of Restrain Order – Arrested

Officers responded a report of a restraining order violation; a known suspect was carrying a stick and walking towards a house that had a current restraining order against him. Responding officers searched and located the suspect near the house as reported and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
