Trespassing – Probation Search – Possession Methamphetamine for Sale – Cited – Arrested

700 Holloway Ave
Officers responded to a report of squatters and trespassing. The victim reported that he gave permission to the two suspects to stay at his mother’s house to help them out. However, the victim then found that the suspects had changed the locks to the house and also invited several of their friends to stay over as well. Responding officers accompanied the victim to the house and located the two suspects and a search located multiple items of drug paraphernalia, scales and a number of methamphetamines wrapped up for sale. After further investigation, one suspect was arrested and the other suspect was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that she had just met the suspect at the BART station and only knew his first name. While at the victim’s house, an argument ensued and the suspect punched the victim several times before stealing the victim’s laptop and fleeing the location.

Officers observed a vehicle making a U-turn and driving away without any lights on. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended and he was on probation. Officers conducted a probation search and cited the driver.

Officers responded to a report of a family fight. The victim reported that she and the suspect started arguing about how to raise their daughter at dinner when the suspect suddenly pushed the victim. Witnesses, the victim’s mother and brother, attempted to stop the fight but were slapped by the suspect. The victim believes that the suspect had multiple alcoholic drinks before the family gathered for dinner. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
