Trespassing – Cited

1600 Ulloa St
Officers responded to a report of a prowler. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that the front door was unlocked and the suspect walked into their living room. The suspect responded that he had been drinking earlier and was lost. After further investigation, the suspect was cited and given a ride home.

Battery – Cited
2:25 am
600 Irving St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he was standing in the front of a bar when the suspect, looking confused and with a bloody face, came running towards them. The victim asked the suspect if he was ok and the suspect suddenly punched him in the fact. The suspect, who was also intoxicated, responded that he did not remember what had happened.  After further investigation, the suspect was cited and an ambulance was summoned for treatment of his injuries.

Vandalism to Vehicle and property – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a house being vandalized by five suspects. The victim reported that she had a party at her house earlier when several uninvited guests arrived. When the party later dispersed, the suspect returned shortly after to look for his keys. The victim asked the suspect to leave several minutes later but once outside, the suspect and a friend started throwing things at the house and caused damages to the windows. Another suspect also broke the window to a vehicle that was parked in front of the house. Responding officers searched and located the suspects; three suspects were arrested, one cited and one released after further investigation. 

Battery

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that the suspect was involved in a domestic incident with his mother while in Tahoe which resulted in the suspect being arrested. After posting bail, the suspect took his mother’s vehicle and returned back to San Francisco. Once home, the suspect encountered the victim and angrily punched the victim. The suspect then gathered his items and left the house. 

Battery – Threats – Arrested

1900 33rd Ave
Officers responded to a report of an altercation. The victims reported that they heard a fight outside their house and observed the suspect attacking a female. The victims attempted to help the female and tried to pull the suspect away from her but the suspect brandished a knife and threatened that he would cut them. Responding officers arrived and located the suspect. When they approached, an unknown female and unknown male instructed the suspect to get into their vehicle. However, the suspect refused to move and the vehicle drove away. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
